This website (careerbrief.ai) and the Career Intelligence Network platform ("CIN") is operated by Fintech HI.RE Pty Ltd as trustee for Fintech HI.RE Discretionary Trust (ABN 67 553 733 741) ("Fintech HI.RE", "us" or "we").

By using this website or accessing the CIN you enter into an agreement with us and acknowledge and agree to be unconditionally bound by the terms and conditions set out below as amended from time to time ('Terms').

1. Career Intelligence Network

The CIN is a platform that uses AI technology to generate independent career assessments called Career Intelligence Briefs based on information provided by you.

2. Accounts

To access the CIN, you will need to register for an account and upload your current CV. Only one account is permitted per person, and you must provide accurate information when registering.

You may only register an account for yourself, not for anyone else.

3. Career Intelligence Briefs

Once your account is created and CV uploaded to CIN, our proprietary AI tool analyses the content in your CV and produces a Career Intelligence Brief which contains an independent assessment of your career tailored to your experience.

Your Career Intelligence Brief will be provided to you, and you can control who else sees it.

There is no cost to access your Career Intelligence Brief.

By uploading a CV to the CIN, you grant us permission to:

Our personal information handling practices are explained in our Privacy Policy which also describes how we store information, how information is disclosed, how you can obtain access to information we hold about you and how you can update or correct information if required.

If you have any questions relating to privacy or need to know how to make a privacy related complaint, our Privacy Policy provides the details you need to contact Fintech HI.RE.

4. Completeness and accuracy of content

Career Intelligence Briefs are generated by AI. While we invest significantly in assessment quality, you should understand:

5. CV submitted by recruitment partners

We work with a network of specialist recruitment partners in the financial services and technology sectors.

If your profile was submitted by one of our recruitment partners as part of an active recruitment engagement, you will be notified and given the opportunity to activate a CIN account and have a Career Intelligence Brief produced for you.

You can decide whether your Brief is shared, and who your Brief is shared with. You may opt out at any time.

6. Employer access

Our recruitment partners may share your Brief with prospective employers for specific roles.

Your Brief is only visible to an employer when:

Employers receive read-only access to your Brief through a secure, time-limited portal managed by the recruitment partner. Where applicable, your submitted CV may also be made available through this portal. Employers do not receive your email address or phone number directly — all introductions and communications are managed by the recruitment partner.

7. Paid services

Certain optional features may require a one-time payment or subscription. Pricing and terms for paid features are displayed at the point of purchase. All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers where applicable.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
